CCSD Volunteer Badge
New Badge
If you are a new volunteer and have never applied for a CCSD volunteer badge, please start by applying online.

Enter 'TANAKA, WAYNE N. ES, LAS VEGAS'
in the location field when searching for the volunteer position.
You will receive an email with additional instructions for fingerprinting and watching the required videos.
Please note that the background check can take upwards of 50 days to complete, so we encourage you to start the process as soon as possible.

Badge Renewal
Existing badge holders may renew their badge if they have been fingerprinted in the last 5 years, and need an extension sticker.
1. Bring your current badge to the school office.
2. Watch the required videos:
Video 1: Child Abuse and Neglect
Video 2: Regulation/Policy 4100: Protect Our Kids.
3. Complete the written acknowledgement of responsibility: Volunteer Acknowledgment Form
(A copy of this form is also available from the school office per request.)
4. See the office manager to record your Volunteer badge date and/or receive an extension sticker.
